Jake Paul Would Be Too Easy Says Floyd Mayweather About Boxing Match

48-year-old boxing legend Floyd Mayweather doesn’t think Jake Paul would give him any issues in boxing. Mayweather, who is celebrating his birthday week, appeared on the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon on Wednesday.

During his appearance, Fallon asked Mayweather about his thoughts about the Paul-Tyson fight that over 60 million viewers watched. Mayweather responded by reminding viewers that the Paul-Tyson fight was free to watch, while his fights had to be bought.

“I don’t really know where to go with this subject because if I say something, I’m going to get backlash.”

“Well, basically, when you’re watching boxing for free, you can have millions and millions and millions, hundreds of millions views, but when you’re watching Floyd Mayweather, you have to pay. I did pay-per-view numbers. Check the numbers.”

When asked how he thought a fight between him and Paul would go, a confident Mayweather said it would be an “easy fight” for him.

“Easy. Too easy. At 48, too easy.”

Mayweather cited that he beat Jake’s brother Logan Paul in boxing.

“Well, me and Logan, we done an exhibition and that’s why he moved to WWE because he wanted to hold me the whole night. He wanted to hold on, he wanted to wrestle I think WWE is good for Logan.”

Jake responded to Mayweather’s comments on X.
