U.S. Declared The List Of Gangs As Foreign Terrorist Organizations

The U.S. government has officially designated several major criminal organizations, including **Tren de Aragua, MS-13, Sinaloa Cartel, Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG), United Cartels, Gulf Cartel, Northeast Cartel, and Michoacán Family**, as terrorist organizations.

These groups are responsible for widespread violence, drug trafficking, human smuggling, and organized crime, posing significant threats to security in the U.S. and beyond.

The designation allows U.S. authorities to impose stricter sanctions, enhance law enforcement efforts, and disrupt their financial networks. Officials emphasize that combating these groups is crucial for national security and protecting communities from their criminal activities.
