Ariana Grande has put to rest the speculation surrounding a potential musical tour in 2025. Following her successful role in Wicked, the singer-turned-actress has been focusing on advancing her acting career and exploring new creative avenues. Grande made it clear that, in the coming year, her priority will be screen work, and she has firmly dismissed any rumours of a return to touring.

“I feel incredibly grateful for the opportunities I’ve had in acting, and I think my fans understand that music and performing will always be important to me,” Grande explained. “But I don’t see myself touring anytime soon.”
When asked about her future creative pursuits, Grande revealed, “In the coming years, I hope to explore different forms of art, and right now, acting feels like home.” She reassured fans that her decision to step away from touring doesn’t signal the end of her musical journey, humorously adding, “I’ll perform at my mother’s house.”
Before Grande addressed the rumours herself, her record label, Republic Records, took to X (formerly Twitter) to clarify the situation. The label posted: “There are no plans for a tour next year, but Ariana remains deeply grateful for the love, support, and enthusiasm of her fans.”
The film, which also stars Cynthia Erivo as the Wicked Witch of the West, will be followed by a highly anticipated sequel, set to premiere on November 21, 2025, where Grande will once again share the screen with Erivo and Jonathan Bailey.
