Recently, Microsoft, the American technology company, has incorporated Sam Altman, the recently dismissed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of 'OpenAI,' a company working on Artificial Intelligence (AI). Sam Altman has been appointed to lead an advanced research AI team within Microsoft.
According to the reputable news agency 'AFP,' it was revealed on Monday that OpenAI is attempting to bring Sam Altman back into the company.
Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella, in an interview with 'Bloomberg,' mentioned that Microsoft wanted to collaborate with both OpenAI and Sam Altman, so wherever Sam Altman goes, he continues to work with Microsoft.
He further stated that the deal was finalized on Friday, remains the same today, and we are confident it will continue in the same way in the future.
On the other hand, employees of OpenAI have issued a threat that if the board, which does not dismiss Sam Altman, is not relieved, they will also leave OpenAI while following Sam Altman.
It should be noted that OpenAI has approximately 770 employees, the majority of whom have jointly issued a public communication.
In this communication, employees have taken a stance based on the board's actions, stating that their actions have proven that they are not fit to oversee OpenAI.
Along with this, employees have threatened that Microsoft has assured them that there are opportunities for all OpenAI employees under Microsoft's umbrella. So, should all OpenAI employees become part of Microsoft?
According to AFP, a key figure at Microsoft in the AI sector has confirmed that if Sam Altman, who was dismissed by OpenAI, is not resigned by the Board of Directors, the employees will be welcomed at Microsoft.
Eli Stutsman, a member of the four-member Board of Directors who played a role in the removal of Sam Altman, co-founder and Chief Scientist of OpenAI, stated that he is extremely regretful to be involved in the board's actions.
In a statement on social media, he mentioned that they never wanted to harm OpenAI in any way.
The board member who was responsible for removing Yim Altman was replaced by Mira Murati, who was appointed as the interim CEO. However, she remained in this position for only two days.
Afterward, Emmett Shear was appointed as the CEO. Emmett Shear had previously served as the CEO of the streaming site 'Twitch,' owned by Amazon.
On the other hand, there is pressure from Microsoft and several other major companies to reinstate Sam Altman as the CEO.
In a statement on social media, Sam Altman said, "We all need to work together, whether it's for one path or another."
we have more unity and commitment and focus than ever before.

one team, one mission.
After Sam Altman was removed from the position of CEO at OpenAI, reports emerged in the United States that Altman was underestimating the risks of his created technology, contrary to the company's stated mission. However, the subsequent CEO contradicted these reports.
Satya Nadella, the CEO of Microsoft, stated in a social media post that Sam Altman would lead a new advanced AI research team at Microsoft.
Alongside Sam Altman, Greg Brockman, co-founder of OpenAI, is also joining Microsoft.
It is worth noting that Microsoft has invested $10 billion in OpenAI and has incorporated OpenAI's products into its own offerings.
Satya Nadella, the CEO of Microsoft, has expressed readiness to maintain a strong partnership with OpenAI.
We remain committed to our partnership with OpenAI and have confidence in our product roadmap, our ability to continue to innovate with everything we announced at Microsoft Ignite, and in continuing to support our customers and partners. We look forward to getting to know Emmett…

It should be noted that Sam Altman gained fame under OpenAI after introducing 'ChatGPT' in November 2022. OpenAI unveiled its latest version, 'Chief GPT-4,' in March of the following year.
Generative Artificial Intelligence technology was used to create ChatGPT, enabling the generation of new content. Technology companies like Microsoft aim for users to make maximum use of such technology.
Some digital experts express concerns that AI tools like Generative Artificial Intelligence could potentially be misused for propaganda or compromise the integrity of news sources.
